Palmer Rise Community Services was founded in response to that need.
Inspired by lived experience and a genuine passion for serving others, our organization was established to provide compassionate, practical, and community-focused support that empowers individuals and families to move forward with confidence.
From the beginning, our vision has been about more than delivering services. We believe in building relationships, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities that inspire hope and lasting change.

At Palmer Rise Community Services, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive.
Across our communities, many individuals and families face barriers that can affect their education, well-being, financial stability, and overall quality of life. While these challenges may differ from person to person, they all share one thing in common - they need for compassionate support and meaningful opportunities.
Our purpose is to help reduce those barriers by connecting individuals and families with programs, resources, partnerships, and services that strengthen independence, confidence, and resilience.
Whether supporting students through out Rise Back-to-School Support Program, helping individuals maximize available benefits through out Community Income Tax Program, addressing food insecurity through the Rise Essentials Program, or honouring lives through our memorial initiatives, every effort is guided by one mission.
To promote hope, strengthen communities, and empower individuals to build brighter futures.
