Palmer Rise Community Services primarily focuses its outreach and community support efforts throughout Durham Region, including Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, and surrounding communities.We also support individuals and families in Scarborough and select neighbouring communities through available programs, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
